Update BoofCV Version

BoofCV is the only dependency which was not updated to a very recent version in #298, since there have been significant API changes between 0.28 (what we're using now) and 0.40 (current version). Tackling this issue would require bumping the boofcv version in gradle.properties, and then fixing all compilation errors in a meaningful way.
