This would be a small convenience enhancement, idk if others want it. Sometimes I only want to simulate one monster/dungeon (usually the one I am currently or planning on fighting). Right now I have to toggle off all monsters/dungeons then select the enemy. A "toggle off all but selected" would make this process easier.
There might be other toggle options that could be added since there's room in the UI for them, for example "toggle all with selected loot "(the item selected under "choose item"). This would toggle on all enemies that drop that item, and toggle off all others.

The existing "Simulate Selected" button covers the issue in your first paragraph, but I should probably add a tooltip or something though. A new filter toggle based on monsters that drop the selected item sounds like a good idea indeed, I'll look into adding that too.
