Can't file the repo

I tried running the project and I got this error:
Cannot download "https://github.com/sass/node-sass/releases/download/v4.5.2/win32-x64-57_binding.node":

HTTP error 404 Not Found

The repo no longer exists, and the link has changed.
I tried to install the node-sass from the new link but still got this error.
I assume that because I haven't change the code yet.
Its the first time for me working on meteor, so I don't know which part to change?

Any ideas?
