I've trying to find the model hyper-parameters used in the original paper.

I refer to the following:

Number of Layers
Number of Blocks
Skip channels
Residual Channels
Out Channels
Kernel Size

I couldn't find any reference in the paper.
How were these repository default parameters deduced?
