OMEGA is a great work, and thank you so much.
What I want to ask is about PET reconstruction with DOI information.
Does it support DOI reconstruction?

At the moment OMEGA does not support DOI reconstruction nor will it be included in the next release. It would be an interesting feature to include, but currently there's no ETA for it.

As an update, the current master branch contains DOI support. Though at the moment using only one DOI value for all measurements. This can be enabled by setting any desired DOI value to `options.DOI´ before reconstruction.

Unique DOI values for each measurement (if DOI values are available for each measurement) is also possible by inputting your own detector coordinates for each measurement that also includes the DOI.
