website / detailed view / tooltips not accessible on mobile & tablets

Describe the bug
When accessing https://batijs.dev from mobile or tablet device the detailed description of a feature in the detailed view is not accessible as it is implemented as a hover tooltip without fallback for devices without a pointing device.

To Reproduce

1. go to https://batijs.dev
2. klick on button Detailed view
3. select a feature

Expected behavior
a simple solution would be to replace the general description of section with the details of the currently chosen feature
