I have a videojs instance running using an HLS stream with embedded 608 captions some of the time. Is there any way to ensure that my captions can persist if the user resets the browser. At the moment the captions can persist if they are already there by using default:true, but if the captions are not present in the stream when it starts the captions will default to off when the captions become present.
