Environment details

  • Operating System+version: WINDOWS 10
  • VGMTrans version: VGMTrans Preview v1.1
  • Game ROM/music dump name and sha256: Kuruma de DS, F794800BE39BCCF2E6E46F15E0354778F1618AA849538A65D29B9B14558D48AE

Describe the bug

when playing the music of Kuruma de DS in VGMTrans, the instruments sound awful and play at the wrong pitch.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Load the Kuruma de DS rom into VGMtrans
  2. Play the sequence "SD_BGM_TITLE1"

Expected behaviour

Correct music playback should sound like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zTOLn-Hxzo

Additional context

the instruments are pitched down about 19 semitones, and it doesn't seem like the audio problem effects the drums at all.
