Decouple child albums' platform from the parent album.

Sometimes when an album gets a new release, there are new relevant platforms. We cannot list these on the parent album, because we don't add platforms for retroactive releases. Only solution is to decouple. We could require the child to contain all the platforms from the parent album, but allow it to add more.
