Remember player names for Hotseat mode

Currently the game only saves the first player's name, so every time a hotseat game is started, or loaded, the other player's name must be typed in again.

Suggestion: Would it be possible to save the other name(s) as well?
The game knows how many human players will play based on how many of the name fields are filled, so if the names would be saved, it might be helpful if there was a checkbox added next to each name to add or ignore that player for the upcoming game.
