What is the "Macros URL" entry used for? Is it used both in Import & Export? Please briefly explain.

Introducing Quiver🐝 (Quiver for mobile / responsive using Boostrap): https://enjoysmath.github.io/quiver-bee/
⚠ WIP: none of the buttons do anything yet; I just began this project.
Anyway, I had one or two buttons working, now gonna tie in all top-level buttons. Then work on the Arrow settings dialog next - that is the most non-mobile piece of the project to migrate.
