Template Not Found (404) when BrowserConfig.xml is present for FavIcons

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a file called "browserconfig.xml" in the WWW folder
2. Attempt to build
3. See error

Expected behavior
Copy to dist folder.

• Vapid Version: Vapid 0.11.3
