概要

GSC と RTC が紛らわしいので名前を整理したい

詳細

GSC と RTC はどっちも RTC．
2nd obc などもあり， GSC counter と RTC couter とかで混乱する．

ので， GSC を GSRTC とかにかえる？？

close条件

整理したら
