I use win11 and I have ipv6 address in ipconfig but can't access ipv6 websites. I can't find the Microsoft Teredo tunneling adapter in Device Manager, nor in the device where the outdated installation is installed.
The ipconfig result is as follows:

I don't think teredo is really needed to browse websites that need ipv6, the fix is used mostly by pepole that can't paly some xbox multiplayer games like forza or astroneer on windows due to teredo.

Anyways, to fix teredo in your case, the problem doesn't seem to be related to the teredo adapter "missing", since the ui shows that teredo is enabled and the service is running. So i guess the problem might be one of the listed in the script ui: VPN software (disable VPNs), disable thirdparty antivirus firewall protection, or lastly your router blocking teredo for windows games (that means you need to port-forward)
