Add a play 0 to jump to the plays index #50

Suggesting a 0 play in the nav (or something) to jump the user to the play index more easily.

Currently, if the user is reading one of the plays and wants to get back to the index they have to click the title and scroll down or click 1 and scroll up.

I like your idea, but play 0 doesn't seem like the write title —maybe "Back" or "Top" instead?

I like the idea of an "index" button on top, would like @mollieru's take as well.

Could also add a "return to top" link after each play, which may be good for accessibility.

To keep it clean you could also try a simple carrot with "return to top" alt text.

'Index' could look like a little 'home' icon perhaps...

Perhaps "Plays" instead of "index". Just as many letters, but more descriptive. Should be an internal link to the first element with id="plays". Which reminds me: HTML element ids need to be unique. I've created a separate issue to handle that:
