Issue on docs with @upstash/query

Seems like a great feature. But its not clear the scope of indexing. Multiple fields? Is that possible.
When searching, is and/or queries supported.
It seems very basic, which is ok, but then be clear about it.
explain better what the limits are. What it cannot do is as important as what it can do.
