Current behavior

timepicker correct

How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible)

  1. Open Uno Gallery APP
  2. Tap Burger Menu on the left top right.
  3. Tap "TimePicker" from the "Component" list.
  4. Observe that "Set Time" is displaying incorrectly.

@MartinZikmund I am assigning this issue so you can do the proper follow-up on the current state of TimePicker please (sample is already disabled for now in Gallery until we have something stable)

We don't have the managed implementation (based on UWP) but for mobile the native implementation should work. Will investigate why it does not!

Tested with version 1.6.0(2410090204.1809) The digits in time scroller does not apprear immediately(Issue link)
