What would you like to be added:

Add option to have community packages pre-installed in the template. As a starting list of some packages to consider:

  • Microsoft.Xaml.Behaviors.Interactivity.WinUI
  • CommunityToolkit.WinUI.Behaviors
  • Uno.WinUI.Maps
  • Mapsui.Uno.WinUI

Why is this needed:
