Changing defaults for route, destination, server arguments in Docker discovery

Hi @umputun thanks for the reproxy.

Is it possible to change default values for the following options:

• route
• dest
• server (or rather, FQDN suffix)

?

I read the documentation and even some source code, but didn't find the answer.

Now I just add copy'n'paste these lines to the every compose file:

- reproxy.server=service.example.com
- reproxy.route=^/(.*)
- reproxy.dest=/@1

(and networks section of course, but let me skip some details.)

It would be nice to set something like

--docker.auto 
--docker.route=^/(.*) 
--docker.dest=/$1 
--docker.server_suffix=example.com

to apply it to all of my containers.
