Add link to mith-news

There needs to be a link to mith-news in the navigation bar. I likely should replace the current "News" link. However here are a few things to consider.

• where should the link to old posts go?
• what should be the name for the link to old posts?
• mith-news (Ghost) should link back to old posts at mith.umd.edu. How?

I this is best handled by adding a new proxy pass to the Apache config in mith-ansible. Then users can access current/new posts at news still. I would vote for something like older-posts for posts that were not ported to Ghost. (The urls of the older posts can still remain /news/post-title I think? /older-posts would just be a table of contents page created from a query by post date.

Then the Ghost-generated news homepage would only need to add a new link to /old-posts or whatever we call it

Ok @awwsmith I think we need to tag you in here. We've added an Apache setting to proxy mith-news.umd.edu but it looks like there is some config that probably needs to be updated on the Ghost side?
