How to translate ukui-control-center in particular, and ukui in general. I need the French translation.

Hi,
We are preparing the new weblate platform for translation (weblate.ubuntukylin.com). But now, you can only make changes directly to the .qm file for each UKUI project. I will info you if that platform finished.

Ok and if I do the job in the qm, Can I push for a merge request?
Can you add in the Readme how to do, and which files to translate?

Is this place the good place for a new translation: ukui-control-center/tree/Debian/shell/res/i18n?
