Stuck at 'Starting virtual private network daemon(s)' on boot #11

I tried booting UT using utqemu start, qemu-system-x86_64, qemu-virgil (unconfined) or GUI-wise through virt-manager but everytime it gets stuck at Starting virtual private network daemon(s) when booting.

The issue also was raised here: #7 (comment)

OS: ElementaryOS (based on Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS)
