Docs: Index Scope is not documented in 'index options'

Describe the bug
Index Scope is extensively documented under Index Types but is not listed as an option in the Index Options table.

This make it easy to miss that the capability is there, indeed I found it only by searching the GH issues (and wouldn't have guessed that it would be referred to as 'scope' or 'namespace', only that I knew that I needed partition keys to include the entity to avoid hot partitions (in my app).
