Make search/filter feature pattern at Tree component and others accept accent chars at filter

The search for the component Tree works very well, except for languages that have special characters such as ã, á, etc. Languages such as Portuguese, French and German have this scheme. There could be a pattern that allows you to consider relative letters with accents to their originals

Exemple:

a = à
a = ã
e = é
u = ú
c = ç
etc...

Here is a function that could help
