Consider attribute translate="no" to prevent translation

请严格遵守translate="no"属性！！！！！
因为不遵守此属性会破坏网页！尤其是技术向网页往往有许多特定名词，比如事件名、变量名、函数名这些（但不是整段代码，所以不会用code括起来）。而HTML游戏则有许多是不能翻译的！翻译后会出现诸如链接点击无反应、链接消失、甚至直接报错的情况，为此我写了一个脚本去保留不翻译的原始链接，但是因为不遵守translate="no"，你把原始链接也给强行翻译了，这是非常糟糕的行为！！！

It would be nice to implement #113 first and then just add selector [translate="no"]
