Currently we display values for the band with highest flux in the most recent timestep.
It would be nice to be able to view all bands as separate entries, in case a source is fluctuating only at a given wavelength - this is probably unlikely for e.g LBA-only or HBA-only LOFAR observations, but much more plausible if e.g. we have 1GHz and 15GHz observations of the same source.

We should also take a little more care to restrict the flux values we use when finding the min/max, to those of the band being displayed.

NB Ideally this would be something you could switch on and off, but I'd prefer always-on to not-at-all.

If we have the option to only display the 'most variable' then we should be careful about picking, and making clear to the user, what algorithm we use as a metric to choose the most interesting band (max v-index? max eta-index? etc.).
