Startup sometimes freezes on last couple of steps

I can't nail this one down or figure out if it's one or multiple issues. This is possibly related to:

On a Mac I have seen that the app gets stuck on one of the last two steps sometimes but if you click off the app and then back on the app it succeeds. Also had a report from a user on Mac:

Spun a very long time with no status on :

Downloading tensorboardX-2.6.2.2-py2.py3-none-any.whl (101 kB)
Installing collected packages: tensorboardX
Successfully installed tensorboardX-2.6.2.2

After “Checking for important plugins”

I had to quit and restart and then it worked

Yeah, super intermittent. I can only reproduce when I'm demoing in front of people. :p
