Leaving the store seems to cancel the downloads but they are still going on

1. Click on Model Store
2. Start downloading a model
3. Click on Foundation and then click on Model store again.
   Result: Model is apparently no longer downloading. But in the terminal window I can see it is still being downloaded.

A few people have hit this now. We are planning a revamp of the model gallery in the next couple of months including changing how we show download progress.
