Unable to view GIVETH balance on Xdai/Gnosis

Describe the bug
Users are unable to view any ERC-20 tokens they receive from giveth.io website. USDC / GIVETH does not reflect in the balance, after switching to Xdai and clicking the Show all tokens button.

Added the below RPC as well , doesn't work:

Network Name: Gnosis Chain
Network URL: https://rpc.gnosischain.com/
Chain ID: 100
Currency Symbol: xDAI

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to wallet > Change network to Xdai > Home > Click show all tokens no balance reflects in the UI

Expected behavior
Must be able to view Giveth tokens on XDAI

Currently we don't support detection of erc20 tokens for gnosis chain. User can add it manually in wallet by using add token feature.
