Markov chain Monte Carlo solver for lattice spin systems implemented in Julialang
The ising model in 1d, 2d and 3d is implemented to obtain physical quantities such as magnetization, specific heat, energy and magnetic susceptibility over a range of temperatures. Aditionally, a neural network for the 2d model is created with the objective of identifying wether a system is above or under the critical temperature.
Code for performing lattice-based Monte Carlo simulations of the Bragg-Williams model
A simulation framework for nonequilibrium statistical physics
An open-source toolkit for entropic data analysis
Code for 'Solving Statistical Mechanics using Variational Autoregressive Networks'.
Spreading Processes on Networks
Continuous-time noisy voter model
This project find simulate a ideal gas of N particles and get boltzman distribution to measure his temperature.
Ising model with super long-range interactions. Includes code for Monte Carlo simulations and an analytical exploration of the model.
A resource list for causality in statistics, data science and physics
This program takes the pixels of one image and rearranges them to look like another image.
Sedimention of active Brownian particles in a box. Codes for numerical simulations and numerical solution of PDEs.
Statistical analysis of the thermochemistry of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) with google AppsScript and Scikit-learn based on calculations by Blanquart and Pitsch.
Code for 'From Tensor Network Quantum States to Tensorial Recurrent Neural Networks'.
Resolving spectral index of 30 Dor B remnants to infer their thermal properties
Physics-inspired transformer modules based on mean-field dynamics of vector-spin models in JAX
