	<li>No team has the right to priority, everyone is free to offer their releases at any time, the concept of duplicates does not exist on Xthor</li>
	<li>Any form of cheating is prohibited.</li>
		 <li>Theft or attempted account hacks are prohibited.</li>

    Forum Rules</p>

    <li>There are many rules to follow, if they are not the torrent will be deleted.</li>
    <li>The title of a release should contain as much information as possible. You must use dots to separate the elements of your title, the hyphen - is reserved to separate the team name</li>
    <li>A conforming tag will be of the following form: <br><ul class="circle">
	<li>Movies: TITLE.YEAR.LANGUAGE.RESOLUTION.SOURCE.CODEC-TEAM</li>
	<li>Films using different sources (ex: bluray video + audio dvd, the sources must be indicated in the nfo): TITLE.YEAR.CUSTOM.LANGUE.RESOLUTION.SOURCE.CODEC-TEAM</li>
	<li>3D Movies: TITLE.3D.3DTYPE.YEAR.LANGUAGE.RESOLUTION.SOURCE.CODEC-TEAM</li>
	<li>Series: TITLE.SAISON.EPISODE.LANGUAGE.RESOLUTION.SOURCE.CODEC-TEAM</li>

	<li>MP3, FLAC, M-HD, TS, CAM, VHSRip and FANEDiT releases are prohibited on the tracker as well as movie packs</li>
		<li>In order to facilitate the sharing of your release, we ask that you only upload your torrent if you are able to leave your torrent client open (and therefore your computer on) for the correct amount of time. This is so that the leechers of your release do not end up without a source.</li>
		<li>You must leave a torrent in seed until there are enough seeders to take over with a minimum of 72h seed time.</li>
		<li>It is forbidden to damage a work with a watermark or an advertisement for other sites.</li>
		<li>For R5/DVDSCR, a sample is mandatory to judge the quality.</li>
	<li>The upload must have a presentation with at least: image, description, quality info.</li>
	<li>It is forbidden to modify the name of the torrent taken from another tracker, unless this one was not correctly named. If the tag does not contain the name of the team, consider searching elsewhere to find it. Otherwise specify NoTag as TEAM.</li>
	<li>It is forbidden to upload releases of banned teams, see list: <a href="https://xthor.tk/banned.php">Banned teams</a> </li>
	<li>Videos in OV NOT subtitled are not allowed (except for the category Porn, sports and musical shows.).</li>
	<li>Content of a pedophile, zoophilic, racist nature or any other torrent deemed immoral by the Staff is prohibited and will be deleted without notice.</li>
	<li>Archives should not be protected by a password and are useful only if there is a conflict with antivirus otherwise it is better to upload in iso format or with unrar folders</li>
	<li>For PC games and apps, specify minimum system requirements.</li>
	<li>Release scenes must be uploaded in a torrent with a folder with the original nfo if it is available on the web, you can search on https://www.srrdb.com/</li>
	<li>External subtitles are prohibited as well as PGS on encodings.</li>
    </ul></div>

    Encoding rules
	
    </p>

    For MULTi releases, the original language of the film must be present.
    <br>The minimum encoding parameters allowed are those described in paragraph 3.10 here <a href="http://www.nullrefer.com/?https://scenerules.org/t.html?id=2011_FR_X264.nfo ">2011_FR_X264</a> and in general it is forbidden to make rls of lower quality than release scenes, the parameters must be written in the nfo<br>Subtitles in pgs and vobsub format are not authorized for encodings (except 3d or if they are optional), encodings should be cropped and ocr should be done for any useful subtitles on the original source, OCR should be checked and corrected if there are any errors, subtitles in a separate file are only tolerated to enable Dolby Vision.<br><br><b><u>DVDRiP / BDRiP / BRRiP</u></b><br>

	<ul>
		<li>XviD and x264 codec only allowed. DivX tolerated in some cases</li>
		<li>Size of 700 MB for MP3 (~ 5%) and 1.37 GB for AC3 for movies under 2 hours. Size of 1.37 GB for MP3 and 2.05 GB for AC3 for movies longer than 2 hours.</li>
		<li>The video/audio weight ratio should be consistent, the audio should not be heavier than the video</li>
		<li>Sources of encodes must be cited.</li>
		<li>The film resolution must be a multiple of 16 (Ex. 704 x 304 and 608 x 336) and have an AR (Aspect Ratio) of 1.33 for 4/3 and 1.78, 1.85 or 2.35 for 16/ 9 and respect the original source AR.</li>
		<li>Movies with a video bitrate lower than 750 Kbps are prohibited.</li>
		<li>AC3 films must be offered with a maximum bitrate of 448kbps. AC3 640 kbps is prohibited.</li></ul>
		<br><b><u>BluRay</u></b><br>
		<ul>
		<li>Movies must be encoded with x264 or x265 codec in MKV format (mp4 is allowed only for Dolby Vision)</li>
		<li>Sources of encodes must be cited.</li>
		<li>Minimum bitrate for 720p is 4000 Kbps (2000 for anime). The minimum bitrate for 1080p is 8000 Kbps (4500 for anime).</li>
		<li>The resolution of the film must be a multiple of 16 and have an AR (Aspect Ratio) of 1.78, 1.85 or 2.35/2.40 and respect the original AR of the source.</li>
		<li>Minimum audio bitrate of 384 Kbps (unless the source is of lower quality), the AAC codec is forbidden but tolerated for anime, a lower bitrate is also tolerated for anime</li>
			</ul>
		<br><b><u>x265</u></b><br>
		<ul>
		<li>Releases must not be of lower quality than scene releases <a href="https://scenerules.org/n.html?id=2020_X265.nfo">https://scenerules.org/n .html?id=2020_X265.nfo</a></li>
			</ul>
		<br><b><u>WEB-DL and WEBRip</u></b><br>
		<ul>
		<li>The bitrate rules do not apply to WEB-DL but apply to WEBRip, it is tolerated to re-encode a WEB-DL in sd but not in 720p if the bitrate of the source is too low.<!-- li-->

		</div>

      Download Rules</p>
      <div class="menu_body" style="overflow: hidden; display: none;">
      <ul>
      <li>Your ratio should never drop below 0.8.</li>
      <li>Having a low ratio can lead to a ban from your account.</li>
      <li>The Multi Tracker (Having multiple announce URLs for a Torrent) is prohibited. In order to avoid this, we advise you to read the FAQ on this subject.</li>
      </ul></div>
      <p class="menu_head" style="background-image: url(&quot;pic/down2.png&quot;);">
      Minimum required ratio</p>
      <div class="menu_body" style="overflow: hidden; display: none;">
      <ul>
      <li>The minimum ratio requested on the site is 0.8. Below, it is strongly advised to put your downloaded torrents back in seed in order to earn bonus points which will allow you to raise your ratio.</li>
      <li>When your ratio drops below 0.8, you will receive an automatic warning and you will no longer be able to download. </li>
      <li>From the warning, you have 21 days to go back above 0.8. After this time, your account will be banned due to a low ratio.</li>
      <li>In order to quickly raise your ratio when it has fallen below 0.8, we advise you to read the FAQ on this subject.</li>
      </ul></div>

      Rules on the Hit&amp;Run</p>
      <div class="menu_body" style="overflow: hidden; display: none;">
      <ul>
      <li>You must stay in seed for a minimum of 24 hours on each downloaded torrent. VIPs are immune to H&amp;R and therefore do not have to stay in seed</li>
      <li>If the seeding time is not respected, then you must have obtained a minimum ratio of 0.8 on the torrent.</li>
      <li>If neither of these two goals are met after 10 days after downloading the torrent, you will be notified for Hit &amp; Run. </li>
      <li>Clicking on your nickname will allow you to see your download history, clicking on 'Torrents Completed', and see the seed time of each torrent.</li>
	<li>The staff remains available to correct any system failure and reserves the right to withdraw an H&amp;R if warranted.</li>
	<li>After 15 H&amp;R, your account will be banned. To reduce your number of H&amp;R, we advise you to read the FAQ on this subject.</li>
      </ul></div>

      Rules for torrent comments<font color="#004E98"></font></p>

       <li>Forum rules also apply to comments.</li>
       <li>Any spoiler (the act of revealing elements of a plot) will result in an instant ban on your account</li>
       <li>It is forbidden to criticize a work negatively, only the quality of the release can be criticized.</li>
       <li>Access to torrents is a privilege and not a due, you have no right to claim anything from the uploader</li>
	<li>If there is a problem with a release it is forbidden to blame the uploader, the staff must be notified as soon as possible, they will take the
	necessary measures</li>
