Another user had reported that they had the device crash while uninstalling, and it crashed at removing |
We had another user have the device crash part way through an update/upgrade and then lost SSH access. I have copies of the root partitions that we can investigate to see what happened. |

Describe the issue
I uninstalled Toltec using "toltecctl uninstall" and that caused my RM2 to be stuck on the is starting screen.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
toltecctl uninstall
Expected behaviour
Be able to start my device and use it in the pre-installed way

Eeems was able to help me fix this issue and said that ddvk must have crashed while reverting. running "ls -l /usr/bin/xochitl" gave me this output "-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 0 Jan 16 14:47 /usr/bin/xochitl" and running this command "file /usr/bin/xochitl" gave me "/usr/bin/xochitl: empty".
