Query should separate the logic between findall and query itself.
A solution is to import the concept of DocumentSet.
It seems like:
$documents = $db->findAll(); or $documents = $db->find(['books','apples','writers','cars']);
$documents->query(.....);
then
public function Database::query(...) ==> $this->findAll()->query(...);
