Command description

Netpbm is a toolkit for manipulation of graphic images, including conversion of images between a variety of different formats. There are over 350 separate tools in the package including converters for about 100 graphics formats.

Yes, it is superseeding that issue.
On #12296, @gutjuri suggested opening a new issue, so I guess he wants to do thsi instead of updating the old one.

Yes, it is superseeding that issue. On #12296, @gutjuri suggested opening a new issue, so I guess he wants to do thsi instead of updating the old one.

Feel free to do what you think is better, @gutjuri.

I wanted to open a new one that only contains the missing commands. If we're going to include all commands (the completed and missing ones), we might aswell just update the old issue.
