Search Function in Select Tags

Problem

For example you have > 200 Users and some Manager gets fired. Now you have to reassign the Boss Position in multiple Departments and if you dont do cool API Stuff, you have to manually find and select the new Boss in every Department, this searching a User in a Select Tag is cumbersome and a Search functionality would greatly assist with that.
