Strip silence

Thanks for wavbreaker. I wonder whether there is any possibility of automatically stripping silence at the beginning and end of the saved parts. I understand that, at this moment, the software does not allow for automatically splitting the initial wav file.

Patches gladly accepted. There's some code already for detecting silence with a threshold (max amplitude), so that could probably be adjusted to deal with things. "Silence" does not always equal digital silence so it's not as easy as finding runs of samples with value "zero" (although for purely digital data of course this can be true).
