missing controls clause in named.conf

Hello,

the named.conf template does not contain a means to define the controls clause in the configuration file. Is there something else that I can use or should I create a PR?

If those go into the options {} block, then the $extra_options hash parameter should allow you to do what you want.

If not, you can create a PR, but please be aware that I have a lot of backlog on this module's changes, so your changes might no longer apply cleanly once I finally get to processing all of the pending PRs!

they are external to the options block. I will create a PR and hope your backlog gets smaller soon :)
