The WHO, HHS, and CDC have adopted the new preferred term "mpox" disease in place of "monkeypox" disease. The Kraken outputs will still have "Monkeypox virus" listed, so the query term must remain until the db is updated. In the meantime I believe it would be best to implement workflow logic to take "mpox virus" or "MPXV" as the input term for target_org but still use the legacy term for the query against the Kraken output file.
