This specific case is covered on the mysql side, therefore it should be simple to implement the same for PostgreSQL. |
No rush, as it's only a minor inconvenience when rebooting the server a few times a year, or upgrading postgresql. Thank you for the consideration! |

Restarting the PostgreSQL database service kills pg_chameleon, and leaves it in an error state
Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to restart PostgreSQL database service, and have pg_chameleon resume replication and return to normal state
I'm using pg_cham 2.0.16, postgresql 12.4, on Linux Centos 8
