[Optimization] Asset Checksums

Hi! I am a developer from shopify. Thanks for creating this tool that a lot of people like! I wanted to give you a heads up that we just recently added checksum values to our Assets API, currently in RC. You can see the values documented here: https://shopify.dev/docs/admin-api/rest/reference/online-store/asset?api[version]=2020-10

We have implemented features in themekit so that when doing a full deploy or even while changing single files that we would check the checksums from the server to see if anything actually needs to be changed first. We have observed a lot of speedups in people doing their deploys. :D

This was just to get the word out and hopefully make theme tooling a bit better for everyone so feel free to close this issue at anytime.

I've not seen much activity from this repo for a while, so unfortunately we might not see an update with this new feature ):

I've love to take it on, but don't have the confidence/experience to manage an open source tool by myself.

Still, I might fork it and try update it and see how I get on.
