Problem exporting tables with block identifiers to PDF #329

Describe the bug
Tables with block identifiers will get the last row not formatted as a table row when exported to PDF.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a table with a header and 3 rows
Add a block identifier after the table
Export the note to PDF
The last row of the table is not formatted correctly

OS: Windows 10 Pro
Obsidian Version: v1.5.12
Advanced Tables Version: 0.21.0

Additional context
Just a final note. I have tried it with Advanced Tables enabled and disabled, but the problem stays the same.
