Main UI font smoothing started to ignore Windows settings

• TeXstudio: introduced in 4.8.5beta1
• Qt: probably 6.8
• OS: Windows 10
• TeX distribution: None or MiKTeX

Expected behavior

Fonts are pixel-perfect when Windows settings for font smoothing (Smooth edges of screen fonts or ClearType or both) are off

Actual behavior

Fonts are always smoothed starting from 4.8.5 beta1
