The Observability DA has 3 flavors:

The following items for all of these DA flavors will need to be reviewed and updated where required:

DA variable descriptions (in each of the DA flavor's variables.tf files)
The information in the ibm_catalog.json (labels, descriptions, features etc). Are we happy with the flavor naming?

terraform-ibm-modules-ops added the internal-synced label
