How to build a bionic package with glibc

Hi, I am trying to make a Termux clone with the glibc prefix as default prefix.
So I have some more questions:

1. If I build the packages that are not in glibc packages but in termux packages with the patch that are applied on termux-packages will my package built with the glibc or not?
2. What should I do to make this happen?
