Use Discord RPC

Discord has a localhost RPC API that provides a supported way of doing many of the things needed to make a custom client.

However, it does not support everything that weecord can currently do, it's currently private beta, and it would require that the electron client remain open in the background, which isn't ideal.
In the future, it is possible this could be useful as it would be a supported method for driving the client instead of using user tokens.
