3.0.0-beta.137

Framework and version
Vue 3.3.4

Code Reproduction
I'm new to Vue, so maybe I just don't get smth. But for scale-app-shell the portalName, which is ok after editing, is disappearing after refresh. I don't have similar issues in other components. It's vue 3 and newest scale, but deprecated app-shell. But for new header component issue was same.
