Steps to reproduce

In Manage Channel > Channel Type > Restrict saving content, i click enable. But after saving it, it comes back on. In normal Telegram you can see that it is disable*.
It's not so bad, but I had to make a lot of trouble. Please solve this bug, if it is not difficult.
