bower_components unnecessarily blowing up repository size #2161

bower_components is already in .gitignore
However, the folder was never deleted

It blows up the size of the repo unnecessarily. Would strongly recommend deleting that folder.

On the flip side, if you want to keep it (the merrits of which are discussed here), remove it from .gitignore.
