【Algolia全局搜索】搜索结果出来后竖着的框溢出 #2340

描述bug
1.在15.6寸笔记本电脑上，搜索结果出来后竖着的框溢出了，比例缩小到百分之80才能看得见选页码的内容
2.在手机端进行搜索，点击搜索结果时，无论点击哪个，都是默认选中第一个，并跳转到默认选中第一个的搜索结果项（相当于点击屏幕就像回车键），应该要选中某一项后再跳转
