1) install nodejs

2) install Cli Angular

3) open the path of project on cmd

4) print this commands in your cmd
- npm install
- json-server --watch db.json --port 4000

5) open another window in the path of project, and run the project:
 - ng serve

6) go to the navigator and open:
- "http://localhost:4200"

7) it will work.
